GFWAust were appointed to seal the leaks in the changing rooms

The changing rooms for the Eastern Suburbs Rugby Club are located at the Woollahra Golf Course at Rose Bay in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. The old reinforced concrete structure has a flat roof and the patio area is used as a gym. The reinforced concrete is in a poor state and is significant cracking particularly in the roof which is providing a conduit for water leaking through from the patio above. GFWAust were appointed by Woollahra Council to seal the leaks.

GFWAust used a combination of Dryflex resin and polyurethane injection with cementitios mortar to successfully seal the leaks
