Shoal Bay is a holday and retirement area just north of Newcastle and inlcudes numerous closely spaced developments along th waterfront. The strata development at 51 Ronald Avenue Shoal Bay required stabilisation of the slope beneath the swimming pool where additional developments had created an potentially unstable condition

GFWAust were responsible for the installation of deadman anchors along the retaining wall at the top of this steep slope. This difficult access job was completed quickly and safely with minimal interference to the local community
