The changing rooms for the Eastern Suburbs Rugby Club are located at the Woollahra Golf Course at Rose Bay in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. The old reinforced concrete structure has a flat roof and the patio area is used as a gym. The reinforced concrete is in a poor state and is significant cracking particularly in the roof which is providing a conduit for water leaking through from the patio above. GFWAust were appointed by Woollahra Council to seal the leaks.
