GFWAust provided permeation grouting to underpin Aspinall House

Dunn & Pilcher were appointed to carry out alterations to the historic Aspinall House. After significant movements of the front façade GFWAust were appointed to stabilise the sand under the founding walls essentially underpinning the shallow foundations. Some of this work was carried out internally with a headroom of only 1m, but achieving treatment to a depth of 2m.
