David Lees appointed to Panel of Experts for Lesotho Highlands Water Project

David Lees has been appointed as the Grouting Expert on the Panel of Experts for the Lesotho Highlands Water Project Phase II

Phase II of the project includes a 5.2m diameter, 32km long transfer tunnel to be excavated by drill and blast and TBM, the 165m high Polihali rock fill dam and 6.3km of tunnels of 11.5m diameter.
