The redevelopment of 14 Martin Road required construction right up to the neighbours boundary. To stabilize the ground beneath the neighbouring structure permeation grouting was carried out beneath the wall using hand held grout spears.

GFWAust was appointed to carry out the ground improvement, this was achieved through the injection of microfine cement through 20mm diameter grout spears installed by hand beneath the load bearing walls to a depth of 2m.
